Safety Confirmation System “ANPIC” Instructions

A safety confirmation system “ANPIC” is in place to quickly confirm the safety of the students and the faculty members in the event of a major earthquake or other disaster.

In the event of a disaster, a safety confirmation e-mail will be sent simultaneously to the e-mail address provided by Shimane university or the e-mail address registered in advance, so please be sure to report your safety status.

Also, test e-mails will be sent out during safety confirmation drills.

 

Target Group

Shimane University students and faculty members

However, Izumo Campus faculty members are not covered by this system, as their safety will be confirmed by “respon:sum” system.

 

Initial Registration

All eligible participants must complete the initial registration and set up any email address, app, or LINE to receive notifications and reports.
